We’ve updated our chat platform with the intention of bringing all of our support offerings into one location. Live Chat Support is now available on MC User Connect. This move provides you with access to both our Support Team and our extensive Knowledge Base, helping your company work smarter, not harder, all in one place. With this transition, we will soon be discontinuing Provide Chat Support, which was accessible via the Help menu in v6.0. Before this happens, we want to make sure you are prepared. To make the transition as seamless as possible, please take a moment to read through the information below.

Zopim Chat is accessed via MC User Connect, so you will need to sign in to see the tool. If you have accessed this article, but have not yet signed up for MCUC, or if you are otherwise having trouble logging in, please refer to the MCUC First Time Sign Up and Log In Guide for assistance. Once you’ve logged into MCUC, find the Contact Support button in the top of the screen:
This will lead you directly to the Rapid Support page where you can send an email to the appropriate Support team, schedule a meeting, or choose to start a live chat:

Once you click on the Live Chat Now! link, the chat window will pop up in the lower right corner of your screen. Specify the department you need to chat with and send a message:
