For the past few years, Maintenance Connection's Support Team has been working towards a single location where all your support needs can be met. With the newest addition of Zopim as our Live Chat support product, we have achieved our goal. To commemorate the occasion, we have updated the Help menu in the MRO for all of our cloud hosted customers. For those of you who are on-premise, don't worry, the new Help menu will be part of the MC v7.0 upgrade.
The most important thing to note is that all traffic will route through MC User Connect. Whether it be a "Rapid Support Request" (submitting a ticket) via the webform, taking advantage of the "Schedule a Meeting" option, or contacting us directly using "Live Chat Now!," all options are available in one location by clicking the "Contact Support" button at the top of your MCUC page.
If you prefer the self-help options, we have those for you too. Hundreds of "how-to" documentation, thousands of community posts, and plenty of feature suggestions from your peers, all available for you to read, comment, and vote on.
