We are excited to announce to all our Maintenance Connection Cloud Hosted customers that we will be migrating our cloud platform into Accruent’s infrastructure. This migration is another building block to leveraging the superior cloud services, security, and support capability of our continued integration with Accruent. An additional benefit: our servers will now be in closer proximity to the majority of our customers.
Please know that, while this migration requires significant effort and planning on our part, we do not anticipate our customers having to take much action at all to accommodate the change. We expect the migration to be executed without our customers feeling any lapse in performance or change in functionality.
However, we are planning downtime for the migration itself which is slated to begin at the close of business on February 26th, with servers up and running for business on the 27th. We are working hard to minimize the amount of downtime experienced, but it could be up to 12 hours. If you have concerns about the planned downtime, please reach out to our Support team with questions. We have also be released a FAQ to address your questions.
Most customers should be able to continue working with the application without making any changes to their systems. Some customers may need to make changes to accommodate the migration, specifically those who have whitelisted Maintenance Connection webmail addresses and those who have FTP based integrations. Again, more information can be found on our FAQ about how affected organizations can integrate most effectively.
In addition to the FAQ page, customers will receive further communication as the migration date approaches. Questions? Feel free to reach out to our Support team. In the meantime, be assured that we are doing all we can to execute a seamless migration.

Is this migration still planned for the close of business on Feb 26th? I have some slight concerns that if there are any issues this is very close to month end. I want to remind my team again to get as much completed as possible prior to this migration.
We have release a FAQ article for the database migration. Check it out here!
